Blueprint Description[]
In this challenge, the contestant must get in touch with their inner child. Mimicking a temperamental toddler, they must vigorously shake pedometers attached to both feet to register as many total clicks as possible. If their feet accidentally touch the floor, they'll really have something to cry about!
Game Description[]
Acquire a desired number of "steps" on pedometers attached to player's feet.
History[]
This is a level 1 team challenge requiring 400 clicks total. It's also been used to in head-to-head and Last Man Standing competitions, where the player with the least clicks is eliminated or the player with the most clicks gains a point.
Household Items:[]
- 2 Pedometers attached to arm bands
- Mats on the Floor(Optional, recommended for comfort)
Set Up:[]
Prior to game start, player places 1 pedometer on each foot. Player must lay on their back in starting position with pedometers zeroed out. When clock starts, player kicks feet in an attempt to acquire desired number of "steps."
Rules:[]
1. Player may not touch feet together or touch the ground with feet.
2. To complete game, player must acquire desired number of "steps" within 60-second time limit.
Tips & Tricks[]
- Find a comfortable position: Make sure you're comfortable and able to shake your feet freely. This will help you shake your feet more vigorously and consistently.
- Use your whole body: Try to involve your whole body in the shaking motion, not just your feet. This can help you generate more force and increase the number of clicks you register.
- Experiment with different shaking motions: Try shaking your feet in different ways to see what works best. You might find that shaking them quickly and vigorously is more effective, or you might prefer to shake them slowly and steadily.
