Blueprint Description[]

Sputnik is an earth-orbiting satellite developed by the Soviet Union in 1957. Spudnick is an Idaho potato with bendy straws, engineered in the Minute To Win It Games Department. In this challenge, the contestant will insert a total of five straws into Spudnick and then carefully balance a peanut-chocolate coated candy atop each one.

Set Up:[]

Spudnick

Erica engineers a spudnick.

When clock starts, player stands 5 straws into potato, then balances chocolate-coated peanut candy on each straw.

Rules:[]

To complete game, 5 chocolate-coated peanut candies must rest concurrently on straws for 3 seconds within the 60-second time limit.

Tips & Tricks[]

  • Experiment with different arrangements: Try arranging the straws and candies in different ways to see what works best. You might find that placing the straws closer together or further apart, or stacking the candies on top of each other, helps to improve stability.
  • Use a steady hand: When placing the candies on the straws, try to be as steady as possible. A slight jolt or tremble could cause the candies to fall off.
  • Practice: Finally, the more you practice, the better you'll get at balancing the candies on the straws. So don't be afraid to spend some time practicing before you start the game.
