Blueprint Description[]

Frogs use their powerful hind legs to leap through the air. But how does a ping-pong ball leap? The answer is: A powerful human breath! The contestant must blow a ping-pong ball from one cup of water to another. This must be repeated three times, from a distance of three, six, and nine inches.

Game Description[]

Blow 3 ping pong balls floating on top of 3 full cups of water onto the top of 3 other full cups of water a slight distance away.

History[]

This is a multi-level challenge, having been played at levels 2 and 4, whereas in level 2, all three distances are the same length of three inches.

Household Items:[]

  • 6 full cups of water
  • Ping-pong balls

Set Up:[]

Prior to game start, place the full cups of water in pairs at a slight distance apart. When the clock begins, the player places a ping pong ball into the first cup and attempts to blow it onto the cup across from it.

Rules:[]

1. Only one ball may be placed at a time.

2. Water may not be taken from other cups to refill the current cup.

3. To complete the game, blow a ping pong ball onto each of the full cups within the 60 second time limit.

Leaping through the air like a frog is what you call a Puddle jumper.
