Tips & Tricks[]

This game is ridiculously difficult to complete even without the time pressure, so close that, like Chop Stack before it, it went unbeaten.

  • Use your fingers to hold the ping-pong ball in place while you lower the stack of nuts. This will help keep the ball from falling off while you are lowering the nuts.
    • Hold the stack of nuts with your fingertips, rather than your palm, to give you greater control over the movement of the nuts.
    • Use your fingers to gently guide the nuts down the sides of the metal tube as you lower the stack. This can help keep the nuts from hitting the tube and knocking the ping-pong ball off.
    • If you feel the nuts getting close to the end of the tube, use your fingers to gently guide the nuts to the end of the tube and onto the table.
    • As you lower the stack, use your fingers to gently keep the ping-pong ball balanced on top of the stack. You may need to adjust your grip on the stack or use your fingers to gently push the ball back into place if it starts to tilt or fall off.
      • Aim for a grip that is firm but not too tight, and that allows you to control the movement of the stack as you lower it.
      • If your grip on the nuts is too tight, it may be difficult to lower the stack of nuts onto the metal tube smoothly. This can cause the nuts to hit the metal tube as you lower the stack, which could knock the ping-pong ball off the top of the stack.
      • If your grip on the nuts is too loose, the stack may become unstable as you lower it, which could also cause the nuts to hit the metal tube and knock the ping-pong ball off the top of the stack.
    • Finally, If the ball starts to tilt or fall off, you may need to adjust your grip on the stack. For example, you could try slightly squeezing the stack together with your fingers to help keep the ball in place or by applying gentle pressure to the top and bottom of the stack.
      • If the ball continues to tilt or fall off despite your efforts to balance it, you may need to use your fingers to gently push the ball back into place. This can be done by using your fingertips to gently push the ball back into the center of the stack. Be careful not to push too hard or the ball may fall off the other side of the stack.
  • Try tilting the metal tube slightly as you lower the stack of nuts. This can help keep the ping-pong ball balanced on top of the tube.
  • Take your time and be careful as you lower the stack of nuts. Moving too quickly or making sudden movements could cause the ping-pong ball to fall off.
