In Bulb Balance, the player must place an egg on to of a lightbulb twice using only strategically placed salt for support. It was first played by Eric Kuck, who was eliminated on the challenge. It was later played as a 1-egg variant in the Last Beauty Standing special, where Wendy Fitzwilliam (Ms. Trinidad & Tobago) was eliminated. It was later played in East Coast vs. West Coast special, where Erica Sanchez beat Melissa Busfield.
